Als je deze situatie aan mensen voorlegt: "Een moeder is zwanger. Als je het kind niet aborteert sterven beiden. Als je dat we doet overleeft de moeder het. Wat moet er gebeuren, wel of niet aborteren" niemand (of misschien een miniem groepje extremisten) voor "aborteren" kiest. Probleem zit hem dus in dat de wetgeving niet helder is / niet goed wordt nageleefd zoals het artikel ook zegt:
